非脱垂子宫经阴道切除术的临床分析

摘要 目的 :探讨非脱垂子宫经阴道切除术的优点、手术要点及适应证。方法 :非脱垂子宫经阴道切除术 (TVH) 6 4例 ,与同期指征相近的经腹全子宫切除术 (TAH) 80例进行分析比较。结果 :TVH组手术均成功 ,无术中、术后并发症 ,手术、肛门排气、术后下床活动及住院时间和伤口疼痛均少于TAH组 ,两组差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ,出血量差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :TVH损伤小 ,恢复快 。 Objective:To assess the advantages,operative postu la tes and indications of transvaginal hysterectomy for non_prolapsed uterus.Metho d:The transvaginal hysterectomy(TVH)for non_prolapsed uterus for 6 4 cases were compared with the transabdominal hysterectomy(TAH)for 80 cases.Results:Compared with the TAH group,the TVH group,which was operated s uccessfully without complications during or after operation, had a significantly reduction in operation time,anus exhaustion,the first time to move about,hospit alization time and postoperative pain(P<0 05).There was no significant difference in volume of blood loss in groups( P>0 05).Conclusion:With less damage and quicker recove ry,the TVH is a good operative method.
