摘要
本文针对现行高校财务运行机制 ,提出创建自主型高校财务运行机制的设想 ;
Aiming at the current financial system at higher educational institutions, the article puts forwards the suggestion to create the independent financial system at higher educational institutions, and the main content of the new financial system at higher educational institutions and the approaches to create the new independent financial system at higher educational institutions.
