摘要
本文阐述了素质教育的重要意义 ,也提出了教师要提高整体素质的一些思路和方法 ,同时结合成人教育院校学生的特点和实际 。
The paper expounds the significance of quality education, and also puts forward some methods to improve the teachers' quality as a whole. In the meantime. It deals with the basic ways and objects of quality education in the students from the colleges of adult education in the light of their characteristics and reality.
