摘要
本文通过一些案例讨论了贪污罪和职务侵占罪认定过程中出现的一些问题 ,目的是让人们更清楚地了解这些法律 。
In this article, some problems on corruption crime and crime of embezzlement in the post are discussed through some cases . The aim is to understand this kind of laws more clearly,and corruption crime and crime of embezzlement in the post more correctly.
