本文结合学习江泽民“三个代表”思想的体会 ,论述职业道德建设与发展先进文化的密切关系 ,并结合医疗系统的具体实际 。

Based on Jiang Zemin's 'three represents' thought, the relationship between the moral construction in the profession and the development of advanced culture are discussed. According to the present situation of medical system, the importance and measures of the moral construction in the profession are demonstrated.
