粮改政策的调整,影响着农发行贷款总量、贷款结构、增量风险、存量风险以及信贷政策调整等,农发行信贷政策要随着粮改政策的变化而变化,妥善处理发挥职能作用与防范信贷风险的关系,改善金融服务,调整信贷政策和管理办法,实现信贷资金政策性、安全性、效益性的有机统一。

The readjustment of the policy of grain reform imposes great impact on many aspects of the Agricultural Development Bank such as the total loan volume,the loan structure,the risk of the added-up loan volume,the stock risk and the readjustment of credit policy.Therefore,the credit policy of the Agricultural Development Bank should vary in accordance with the changes of the policy of grain reform.First,the Agricultural Development Bank should take an active part in the grain reform and properly handle the relationship between the exploitation of its function and the prevention of the credit risk.Second,it should endeavour to achieve the integration of the poli-cy,the security and the benefit of the credit funds by improving the financial service and readjust-ing the credit policy&the management procedure.
