摘要
EL6249C是美国Elantec半导体公司推出的四通道激光二极管电流放大器。文中根据频闪成像原理 ,利用EL6249C设计了一套频闪驱动电路 ,该驱动电路可驱动高亮LED ,以产生MEMS动态测试中所需的频闪光 ,为后续MEMS器件的动态特性提取和分析做准备。
EL6249C is LED driver which has four channels produced by Elantec inc.Based on theory of strobe imaging the EL6249C is used to design a set of strobe driving circuit to drive high light LED to generate strobe light for MEMS dynamic test.It is preparative work for pick up and analyse dynamic characteristics of MEMS device.
