Universalism and the European Integration

欧洲联盟———这个当今国际局势中不容忽视的力量与存在,是欧洲一体化运动到目前为止所建立的最高形式。中外学术界掀起了对欧洲一体化的研究热潮,对它的经济策略、政治问题、安全与防务、发展模式、发展前景等方面从不同的角度做了大量的分析与透视,但对它的文化渊源、文化底蕴和历史动因的研究却寥寥无几。然而,要了解欧洲,读懂欧洲一体化,就必须以整体的、综合的眼光去看待一体化。欧洲一体化的根须在欧洲文明的土壤深处,本文以欧洲文明中所内含的普世主义为焦点,去探索欧洲一体化的文化渊源。

The European Union, the existing power that can't be neglected in the international relationship situation, is the supreme organization of the European integration campaign now. A upsurge study on the European integration has being on in academia, which focuses on its economic policies, political problems, safety and defense, developing model, developing perspective, etc. But the cultural origin and historical motives studied have been little. To understand Europe exactly, to realize the European integration, it is necessary to study the European Integration as a whole, the base of which is the European culture. This article mainly discovers the culture origins by focusing universalism.
