摘要
当代女性就业相对于以前取得了实质性进展,但具体分析可以看出与男性仍存在不可忽视的差异,这表明女性在就业上仍处于从属地位。分析其根源,从意识上看在于私人领域与公共领域的二分法长期存在;从经济根源看在于对公共领域与私人领域劳动价值的等级划分。想推行男女平等就业,实现女性经济上的真正独立,应在就业上采取平等的政策以及实施生理保护、推广生育保险制度。
At present,female has achived substantial development in employment, but through concrete analysis female still lies in subordinate status. There are two main reasons: the long-lasting existence of public field and private field is the ideological cause; the dual differentiation of labor value is the economic cause. So if we want to realize the employment equality of female and male, we need to lay down equal employment measures, take physiological protection, broaden child-bearing insurance system.
