关于基层工会工作定位的思考

On a Consideration of the Position of Chinese Trade Union Work at the Grass-Roots

基层工会是工会的组织基础、工作基础和全部战斗力的基础。在基层工会组织工作中,要贯穿一条思想主线,全面贯彻"三个代表"重要思想;抓住一个根本任务,为全面建设小康社会而奋斗;落实一个根本方针,全心全意依靠工人阶级;突出一个根本职责,代表和维护职工的合法权益;依托一个重要载体,深入开展建设职工之家活动。

The trade unions at the grass-roots are organizational base, work base and overall fighting power base of trade unions. Trade unions should understand thinking, make clear position, serve the overall interests and grasp orientation. They should carry out the 'Three Represents' and grasp a central task and fight for building a well-off society in an all-round way. They should also carry out a cardinal principle and rely whole-heartedly on the working class. The trade unions should stress a central duty in order to represent the interests of the workers and staff members and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the workers and staff members and develop an activity of building the homes of the workers.
