The idea of democratic management in enterprises is an important aspect of pushing democratic management in enterprises. The central point of renewing the idea is that we should make a position on values of management relations, recognize the management rights and interests of workers and staff members under a modern market economy. The enterprises should have 'team spirits' and core competition through democratic management in order to realize a win-win situation between the workers and staff members and the enterprises.
