工会是社会公平的砝码

Trade Unions are the Weight of Social Equity

中国经济正在高速发展,但是,经济的繁荣并不必然或自动导致社会公平,不公平的增长往往带来社会不稳定甚至社会动荡。工会是工人阶级的群众组织,也是我国最大的群众组织,以维护职工弱势群体的合法权益为己任。面对各种社会矛盾,工会应该而且能够在更大的社会层面为我国经济的公平增长作出贡献。

Chinese economy is developing speedily. But prosperous economy is not inevitable to result in social equity. Unfair growth often leads to unstable society and turbulent situation. The trade unions are mass organizations of the working class and the largest mass organization in China. One of their task is to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the vulnerable group of workers and staff members. The trade unions should make a contribution to equitable economic growth in greater social level.
