摘要
我国目前确立劳动关系过程中尚存在一些不足与漏洞,劳动者在订立劳动合同时应提防"陷阱",以维护自身的合法权益,稳定劳动关系。
At present, there are some shortages and weak points in establishing labor relations in China. Employees should be on guard against traps in concluding labor contract so as to safeguarding their legitimate rights and interests and to make labor relations stable.
