Effectively Advancing Labor Emulation Drive of Railway between Qinghai and Tibet

In order to do good job of building the railway between Qinghai and Tibet, the ACFTU and the Head Office of Chinese Railway Construction launched a labor emulation drive of rendering outstanding service. The principle of the emulation drive is people-centered, and the highest priority has been given to ensuring existence. It is very effectively to enhance the great construction by introducing science and technology innovation as the essential measure. 
