内蒙古额尔古纳市俄罗斯族经济和社会发展调查报告

A survey on the development of Russians' economy and society

俄罗斯族是我国人口较少的民族之一,在大兴安岭北麓,额尔古纳河右岸与俄罗斯隔河相望的内蒙古额尔古纳市,有我国惟一的俄罗斯民族乡:恩和俄罗斯民族乡。目前,额尔古纳市有俄罗斯族人口2124人。其中贫困户135户,计468人。西部大开发和国家民委的“兴边富民行动”为边境旗县创造了大好机遇,额尔古纳市充分发挥俄罗斯族的人缘地缘优势,根据俄罗斯族及华俄后裔的特点,积极实现“富民、兴边、强国、睦邻”之发展战略。

Russians is one of the nationalities which has relatively less population in our country. There is an unique Russians county in our country: Enhe Russians' county is located in Erguna city which is in the northern part of the Greater Hinggan Range , at the right bank of Erguna river and separated from Russia by a river. Now the population of Russians is 2124, among which has 135 poor families, total number 468 . The western development and 'Prospering the border and enriching people action 'of national ethnic affairs commission has created a great chance for the counties in the border. According to the characteristics of Russians and the descendant of Chinese and Russian,Erguna city is giving full play to it's advantage of the people and geography and realizing actively the developing strategy of enriching people, prospering the border, powering nation and being on friendly terms with our country's neighbours.
