《工会法》是一定历史阶段的法,因而不可避免地存在着不足,它在工会个性上也有局限性,其中较为有影响的一个问题是:工会会员条件规定上没有很好体现工会个性化要求。

The 《Trade Union Law》is the law at a specific historic stage, therefore, the deficiency exists in the law inevitably, it also has the limitations on the specific character of the trade union, including one of the problems which has much influence is: it does not embody the requirements of the specific character of the trade union for the regulations of the trade union member conditions.
