全球化进程既是人类文明的转型过程,又是观念变迁和制度创新的过程。伴随全球化进程,社会主义观产生三次跃迁,兼容性思想即是实现社会主义观第三次飞跃的哲学基础。这一思想是我党突破传统斗争哲学和冷战思维而在世界观领域做出的重大理论创新,它在改革开放实践中得以广泛运用和深入发展,并在十六大报告中得到高度总结和概括。

Globalization is not only the turning period of human culture,but also the process of thinking transference and system innovation.Along with the course of globalization,there brought about three revolutions to the arguments on socialism.Thought of compatibility,which is the great theoretical creation as the philosophic foundation of the third revolution upon socialist conception,broke through traditional struggling philosophy and cold war thinking.It is widely used and developed under reforming and opening-up,and then generalized and expressed in the 16th report.
