摘要
基于家族企业发展期的人力资源特征,分析了家族企业在成长期中的三个瓶颈:继承人的培养、家族成员的退出机制和引进职业经理人。这三个瓶颈是家族企业成长的一个分水岭,这个过程处理得好坏决定着家族企业能否健康、持续地发展。家族企业要通过强化人力资源管理职能应对这三个挑战。
Based on Klein E. Greensick's axis of family company development, the author proposes the HR characteristics in family company developing stages, then, the author analyzes the 3 obstructions in family company developing stages, that is, heritors cultivation, family members withdrawal mechanism and recruiting professional managers. Finally, the author studies how to deal with the 3 challenges by intensifying HR management functions.
