摘要
"三线放松法"是一种以意念配合调身、调息动作,使有机体尽快恢复到相对安静状态的主动放松手段,是和中国气功相结合的意念放松方法。对其能否运用于大学体育教学进行了探究。以受试者脉搏为依据,运用统计学原理,通过对采用两种不同放松手段后实验组与对照组心率恢复情况的比较来研究这种方法的可行性。结果表明:"三线放松法"对运动负荷后的心率恢复有着独特的作用。
Three-step relaxation method' is a positive relaxation means,which helps the organism regain relative composure quickly by combining thought with the action of coordinating body and respiration. It is also a relaxation method integrated with the Chinese qigong. The subjects' pulses were studied in order to compare the heart rate of people in the contrast group and the (experimental) group with two different relaxation methods. It was demonstrated that 'three-(steped) relaxation method' had particular functions for heart rate recovery under sport load.
