摘要
对大学生在业余田径训练中的运动损伤进行了调查,并对损伤在项目上的分布情况、损伤性质及损伤原因作了重点分析。大学生在田径业余训练和比赛中,不同运动项目受伤的情况各有不同。同时对其预防措施进行了探讨,使运动员与教练员明确预防运动损伤的有效办法,从而提高田径训练的效率和水平。
The author investigated sport injuries in the university students' spare time track and field training,distribution of injuries for different items and reasons of the injuries etc. In spare time track and field training and competition,the students have different injuries in different items. The authors attempts to find some effective measures to prevent these injuries.
