摘要
教师的专业化是由教师的职业特点决定的。教师是伦理先知和楷模先知的统一;教师的教学不是价值中立的而是在建构人类的灵魂;不仅是传道、授业、解惑,也是创新知识和形成新人;教育过程是主体间指导学习和主动、平等交往的过程。教师的性质、任务和教育教学过程的特点决定了教师教育的性质、任务、目标和过程的特点。
The professionalization of teachers is determined by teachers' professional characteristics. The teachership is the unification of the ethic prophet and the model ptrophet, and the teacher's teaching is not to neutralize the value but configure man's soul, which means not only delivering knowledge, teaching techniques and answering questions but also directing learning practice and actively and equally interacting between teacher and students. Therefore, the teacher character, his task and the characteristics of the process of teaching determine the nature, task, objective of teachers education and the characteristics of the process of this education.
