摘要
新三义寨引黄流槽底板宽 9 7m ,厚 0 3m ,侧墙高 3 2m ,厚 0 2~ 0 3m ,设计流量 30m3 s ,为无拉杆、无横肋的大型薄壁钢筋混凝土渠道结构。采用原型试验、三维非线性有限元的方法综合研究了该流槽的受力性能。研究结果表明 ,此新型流槽结构的刚度和强度满足要求 ,可以推广应用。
The prototype test of U type section large scaled diversion trough in Sanyizhai Water Transfer Project is carried out to check the reliability of the structure.The width of the concrete trough is 9.7m with wall height 3.2m and the thickness of the wall is 0.2-0.3m.No draw bar and transverse rib is adopted.The designed discharge capacity of the trough is 30m 3/s.The test is combined with the calculation of non-linear 3-D FEM to comprehensively verify the stiffness and strength of the structure is satisfying the design demand.
