摘要
为了查清地下厂房预应力锚杆施工张拉值与锚杆应力计监测值存在差异的原因,进行了室内、现场2种条件4种工况下预应力锚杆张拉监测同步试验。试验证明,扭力扳手预应力锚杆张拉值与锚杆应力计监测值基本一致,说明采用扭力扳手进行预应力锚杆张拉的施工方法简易可行。试验成果为厂房预应力锚杆施工和监测提供了可靠的技术依据。
In order to make clear the reason of the difference between construction stretching values and stress gauge monitoring values of prestressed anchor in underground industrial buildings, a comparative synchronous experiment is made on the monitoring of tensioning of the prestressed anchor under 4 situations in the laboratory and in the field. It is proved that the stretching values with the wrest wrench are almost the same as those with the stress gauge monitoring method, but the former method is simpler and more feasible. The results provided a reliable technical basis for the construction and monitoring of prestressed anchors in industrial buildings.
