摘要
本文通过对明代早、中、晚期妇女贞节观的演变论述,揭示了在明代三纲五常仍为束缚人们思想的绳索,即使晚明出现一股人文主义思潮,封建纲常对人性的扼杀并没有丝毫减弱,特别是妇女更是受到严重的迫害和摧残。
Through analyzing the evolution of the concept of women's chastity in Ming Dynasty, the article illuminates that the three cardinal guides and five constant virtues fettered the Ming people's thoughts greatly, and although there arose a trend of humanity in the late Ming, the feudal ethical codes were still not weak in throttling human nature, i.e., women, esp. , underwent unbearable harsh persecutions and tortures.
