The commissioning of electrical and mechanical equipment at Mianhuatan Hydropower Station

棉花滩水电站是全国电力系统第一个整体达标投产的水电工程,也是率先将机电设备安装与调试分开,引进专业调试队伍承接机电设备调试的单位。调试单位加强与相关参建单位间协调配合的做法以及在调整试验中加强安全管理及质量管理的经验,可供其他工程项目参考。

The Mianhuatan hydropower station is the first hydropower engineering which was up to scratch in its entirety,and also is the first hydropower engineering which introduced professional commissioning teams. The construction and commissioning of electrical and mechanical equipment were carried out separately. This paper introduces the methods of commissioning teams enhancing the cooperation with construction teams and its experience of enhancing the safety and quality management in commissioning, also briefly introduces the situation of commissioning.
