摘要
为了优化工业操作,根据裂解产物自身特点,建立了一套工业乙烯管式裂解产物的在线取样系统及分析方法。应用该套采样系统分别对我国2个大型乙烯厂的乙烷、轻烃和石脑油裂解炉的裂解产物实施了在线取样,采用非常规分析方法分析了乙烯管式裂解炉管进出口的物流组成。结果表明,所采集样品的分析数据反映了工业炉的实际操作运转工况,所建采样系统及分析方法是可行的。
In order to optimize the engineering industry operation, according to the characteristics of the resultants from the pyrolyzer, a resultants on-line sampling system of the pyrolyzer tubular reactor of an industry ethene and its analysis method are established. By applying this sampling system, we have carried out the on-line sampling of the ethene, light hydrocarbon and the resultants of the pyrolyzer tubular reactor of the naphtha in two large ethene plants. The composition of the inlet and outlet of the pyrolyzer tubular reactor of ethene is analyzed by the adoption of the unconventional analysis method. The results indicated that the analysis data of the sampling reflect the practical running conditions of the industry pyrolyzer; the sampling system and its analysis method are practical.
