摘要
报道了一种可控交联聚芳醚酮 (CCPAEK)的电子束辐照交联行为 ,研究了 CCPAEK改性电子束固化 EB- 3环氧树脂体系的结构和性能。 DMTA分析表明 ,15 0 k Gy EB辐照剂量固化后的改性 EB- 3树脂体系具有介于两单纯组分之间的单一玻璃化转变温度。改性前后 EB- 3树脂基体断口形貌发生很大变化 ,改性体系呈现韧性断裂的特征 ,其力学性能及抗冲击性能均有较大提高。TGA分析表明 ,CCPAEK的加入对 EB-
The electron-beam (EB) crosslinking behavior of a novel controllable crosslinking Poly Aryl Ether Ketone (CCPAEK) was studied.The structure and mechanical properties of the EB curable epoxy resin named EB-3 which modified by the CCPAEK were explored.The unitary glass transition temperature of the modified EB-3 cured at 150kGy EB dose was between those of unmodified EB-3 and CCPAEK by means of dynamic mechanical thermal analysis (DMTA).The modified EB-3 specimens showed tough fracture characters according to the SEM photos and the mechanical properties were improved evidently compared with the unmodified ones.TGA results show that adding CCPAEK has little influance on the thermal stabilty of the modified EB-3.
