党的建设必须正确处理好党的阶级基础和群众基础的关系问题,吸收新的社会阶层中的优秀分子入党,坚持党的阶级基础和群众基础的有机统一,这既是国内外历史经验教训给我党的重要启示,也是建设有中国特色社会主义事业的必然要求。

The Party construction must solve the problems of the Party's class basis and the mass basis properly,and absorb the excellent ones of the social strata to join the Party,adhere to the Party's class basis and the organic unity of the mass basis,which is an important enlightenment obtained from the historical experience and lessons at home and abroad and is a necessary requirement for the socialism with Chinese characteristics as well.
