更新观念与贵州经济实现跨越式发展——兼论观念更新也是生产力

Renewing Ideology and the Leaping-over Economic Development in Guizhou——Also on Ideological Renewal being a Productive Force

贵州要实现经济的跨越式发展,更新观念是首先要解决的重要问题。贵州长期以来由于受到自然农耕文化观念、"等、靠、要"观念、"官本位"和"人治"观念、缺乏主流文化支撑等的深刻影响,使得贵州人思想观念的更新在现实中碰到重重的障碍。因而,要把握好在全面建设小康社会中贵州人观念更新的规律,以思想的不断解放来促进观念的更新,运用辩证思维方式更新观念,用创新的思维与时俱进地不断更新观念。只有在经济发展中不断解放思想,更新观念;才能在解放思想,更新观念中,创造出巨大的生产力,实现贵州经济的跨越式发展。

This paper holds that renewing ideology is the important issue that has to be solved first in order that leapingover economic development may be achieved in Guizhou. As Guizhou has long been deeply affected by its natural farming culture, the concepts of 'waiting, dependence and asking', the mentality of 'officials being the basis' and 'the rule by man', and lack of support of the mainstream culture, people in Guizhou have encountered numerous obstacles in reality in renewing their ideology. Therefore, it is necessary to grasp the laws in the ideological renewal of Guizhou people in the overall construction of the well-to-do society, and promote their ideological renewal by continuously emancipating their thinking and through dialectical, innovative mode of thinking. Only by doing so, can great productive forces be created and leapingover economic development achieved in Guizhou.
