“非升即走”规则的经济学分析 被引量:1

摘要 主要介绍了研究人力资源管理的一种新思路:人力资源管理经济学。人力资源管理经济学把经济学术语运用到人力资源管理领域,用经济学概念来解决人事上的问题,注重人事现象中的经济理性。本文着重分析了北大人事改革选择非升即走规则的原因。最后阐述了人力资源管理经济学存在的不足与研究前景。
