齐鲁乙烯锅炉水原间断排污为常压闪蒸,蒸汽排入大气,冷凝液排入地沟。2000年通过技术改造,提高排放压力,闪蒸的蒸汽和冷凝液得到了回收利用,经济效益十分可观。

The original intermittent blow-down of Qilu ethylene boiler was atmospheric flash, draining steam into atmosphere and condensate into underground drainage. The blown down pressure was increased, the flashed steam and condensate are recovered and utilized after technical revamp in 2000, and considerable profits are obtained.
