镁-铝醇醛催化剂上丙酮缩合反应的研究

Study of Condensation Process of Ac-etone on Magnesia - Alumina Cata-lyst

采用固定床反应器,研究了在镁-铝催化剂上的丙酮缩合制备异佛尔酮反应,在内外扩散消除的条件下,通过反应温度对催化剂性能的影响,得到了丙酮缩合反应数据,进一步了解了催化剂的反应行为。

In a fixed - bed reactor, the reaction mechanism and kinetics characteristics of isophorone from actone with Mg - Al catalysts by condensation were studied. Under the condition of inside and outside diffusion eliminating, the condensation data were obtained with the ralation between reaction temperature and catalyst performances.
