摘要
创新依赖于创新型人才。创新型人才应具备宽广的知识结构,强烈的创新意识,完善的人格修养。观念创新是培养、造就创新型人才的前提;环境创新是培养、造就创新型人才的条件;教育创新是培养、造就创新型人才的关键;体制创新是培养、造就创新型人才的保障。
Innovations are made by innovative personnel,who should have extensive knowledge,strong innovative awareness and moral integrity.Notional innovation is the prerequisite to cultivating innovative personnel;innovation in environment is the requirement in training them;innovation in education is the key to cultivating them;and innovation in systems is the quarantee for bringing them up.
