创新是21世纪的时代特征,也是21世纪的时代精神。创新的本质是属人性的发展。创新的历史特征表现为有限性与无限性的统一、普遍性与特殊性的统一。人类在不断的创新实践中存在和发展。
Innovation is a feature of the times of the 21st century and also the spirit of the times of the century.Innovation is the development of humanity.The historical features of innovation is revealed in integrating finiteness with unlimitedness,and universality with particularity.Humanity always develops without stopping making innovation.
