文章从经济学角度探讨高等教育市场存在的垄断和X效率问题 ,认为打破高教市场垄断的唯一的出路是引入竞争机制 ,提倡以市场为基础的教育改革 ,打破壁垒 ,允许私人进入该领域 ;对高校存在的X效率 ,提出废除职称评定 ,建立竞争的教师市场 。

This article, from an economic angle, ex amines the causes of inefficiency or x efficiency in both the higher education market and institutions. To achieve a breakthrough in ending the inefficiency caused by the monopoly of higher education, the only way out is to allow free competition in the area. Education reform based on market economy should be encouraged, and various barriers should be removed to support the involvement of the private sector, thus making competition the core of the industrialization of higher education. In addition to introducing the efficiency wage model, the current title evaluation system should be abolished so as to create a competitive job market for teachers and build school reputation and credibility.
