摘要
由于脂肪醇装置中涉及极性物质 ,使得酯分馏过程模拟计算非常困难 ,文中考虑使用UNIFAC(Dortmund)基团贡献模型应用于酯分馏过程相平衡计算中 ,并把所推导的热力学模型用于酯分馏全流程模拟计算 ,确定了精馏过程的最佳回流比以及精馏塔内浓度分布。把所得模拟结果和实际生产相比较 ,对工艺流程进行分析 。
Because of the complicated and polar system in the production of aliphatic alcohol, it is very difficult to simulate the overall ester fractionization process. A modified UNIFAC(Dortmund) model was used to calculate vapor liquid equilibrium data. A aerived thermodynamics model was applied to the simulation of ester fractionization process, and the optimum reflux ratio of the process and the distribution of concentration in the distillation tower were gained. The process was analyzed by the comparison between the simulated results and the industrial data and the optimum operation parameters for the practical production were provided.
