提出了一种市话线网资源管理系统的实现方案 ,重点介绍了系统的功能、配线资源数据库的设计、模块化体系结构 ,对于线网建设的数据分析和决策支持 ,给出了设计依据 。

A strategy was introduced in this paper for design of a telephone network distribution MIS. A new way was provided to manage information of the telephone network distribution not based on GIS technology, including design of a telephone network distribution info database and management support.
