摘要
文中采用钛酸四丁酯催化酯交换法对三种哌啶类受阻胺氮氧自由基光稳定剂的合成进行了研究 ,并对其工艺条件 :质量浓度、原料比、催化剂用量、时间等进行了优化比较 ,得到产物的收率达 80 %~ 90 %。并通过元素分析 ,IR ,ESR ,ESI MS ,NMR等验证其结构。此外 。
Using terabutyl titanate (TBT) as a catalyst, three piperidine derived hindered amine N oxyl light stabilizers were synthesized by transesterification. The synthesis conditions such as the concentration, reagent ratio, catalyst dosage and the reaction time were optimized, so as to a high yield of 80%~90% was achieved. Furthermore, the structure of the products was verified by an element analysis, IR, ESR, ESI MS, NMR etc. Finally, the mechanism of TBT catalyzed transesterification was simply discussed.
