摘要
讨论波形捷变雷达接收部分使用声表面波带通滤波器和声表面波色散延迟线进行信号处理的有关问题。分析声表面波器件的阻抗特性、插入损耗变化和寄生通带等对接收通道相位一致性、接收增益温度稳定性、正交相位检波幅度一致性及相位精度和处理增益等性能的影响。提出相应的相位均衡、温度补偿、阻抗均衡及寄生通带抑制等电路提高雷达接收性能。比较采取这些措施前后的性能参数变化。
The signal processing problems in the receiving part of multi-waveform radar using SAW bandpass filters and SAW dispersive delay lines are discussed. The influence of the surface-wave device's impedance property, insertion loss and spurious band on phase coincidence between receiving channels, temperature stability of receiving gain .property of I & Q demodulation and processing gain are analysed. Methods of phase equalizing,temperature compensating,impedance equalizing and spurious band suppression are proposed to improve the receiving performance of radar. Testing characteristics are given to show the improvement.
