摘要
用有限元法和ANSYS 5.7软件模拟、分析了Cymbal换能器的动力学特性。在模态分析的基础上进行了动力学分析,计算了Cymbal换能器前3阶振动模态的位移分布曲线,速度分布曲线和加速度分布曲线。研究了Cymbal换能器的不同空腔高度与它的谐振频率、位移、加速度和速度分布曲线之间的关系。研制了Cymbal换能器样品。ANSYS5.7软件的Cymbal换能器动力学分析结果与用POLYTEC PSV300-F Scanning Laser Vibro-meter型激光扫描仪对Cymbal换能器样品的实测值相近。
Dynamic characteristic of cymbal transducer has been modeled and analyzed with finite element method and ANSYS 5.7 program.According to the results of cymbal transducer preceding models analyzed, cymbal dynamic analysis has been done and displacement, velocity and acceleration curves of cymbal transducer be calculated. The relation curves of cymbal empty chamber height with its resonance frequency, displacement, velocity and acceleration curves have been researched. Cymbal transducer sample has been manufactured. The dynamics analysis results of cymbal transducer with ANSYS 5. 7 software are in good agreement with the measured results of cymbal transducer sample measured by POLYTEC PSV300-F Scanning Laser Vibro meter.
