摘要 给出了一种新颖的多路输出隔离驱动电路,它利用分布式电流源供电方式,解决了多路隔离输出的困难,减少了变压器绕组匝数,提高了能量传输效率。驱动电路输出波形的上升沿大约为1μs,保证了晶闸管的快速导通,强触发宽度为100μs,保证触发的可靠性。 A new separated drive-circuit of multi-channel output is presented.Distributed current source as power supply mode is adopted to solve the problem of multi-channel and separation output,to reduce the turn of transformer winding and to improve the power transmission efficiency.The driving pulse with front of 1μs.which is generated by drive-circuit developed here,is able to ensure fast turn-on of thyristor.Besides,the developed strung triggering pulse with width of 100 μs is to ensure the reliability of triggering circuit.
