摘要
本文探讨了环境壁垒的合法性依据及其对我国外贸的冲击,并就如何促进我国外贸经济的可持续发展提出了几点法律方面的相关对策。
China is still a developing country and has gotten disadvantages from environment barriers in the international trade. This paper puts forward some law countermeasures for solving the problem so as to promote the sustainable development of the international trade of our country.
