摘要
对快速悬浮烟气脱硫的脱硫特性进行了研究 ,分析了钙硫比、趋近绝热饱和温度、烟气在吸收塔内的流速以及石灰浆滴的粒径大小和分布等因素对该工艺脱硫效率的影响 .结果表明 ,对系统脱硫效率影响最为明显的参数是脱硫塔出口的趋近绝热饱和温度和钙硫比 .得出了最佳的温差为 10℃ ,最佳钙硫比为 1.5 .
Characteristics of Fast Suspension Bed(FSB) flue gas desulfurization have been experimentally investigated. The influence of operation parameters on SO 2 removal has been investigated. The results show that the approach-to-saturation temperature and the mole ratio influence SO 2 removal effciency remarkably. The optimum operating parameters have been obtained. The optimum approach-to-saturation temperature is about 10℃, the optimum mole ratio 1.5.
