摘要
采用化学成分分析、金相检验、能谱及X射线物相分析等方法 ,对取自两地的两支中央空调冷却水管腐蚀开裂进行了分析比较 .结果表明 :冷却水中含有溶解氧及硫、氯等腐蚀性离子而缓蚀剂浓度不够是两支水管腐蚀失效的主要原因 。
The corrosion cracking of two central air conditioning cooling pipe used in different region was analyzed through chemical analysis, optical microscope, and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. The results show that the corrosion cracking of the cooling pipe was mainly caused by ion of oxygen, sulphur and chlorine in the cooling water and insufficiency of corrosion retardent. The rate and characteristic of corrosion cracking were also affected by the different quality of the cooling water and corrosive medium in the different region.
