振兴我国企业债券市场:问题与对策

从我国企业债券近20年的发展看,其融资功能突出,对国民经济建设、投资体制改革和证券市场发展等发挥着日益重要的作用。但也存在不少问题,几经起伏仍处于低迷的发展状态,其原因很复杂。既有管理政策方面的因素,也有企业体制和市场机制方面的因素,该文逐一剖析了我国企业债券的现状及其深层次的原因并提出了相应的对策措施,希望对振兴我国企业债券市场有所启示。

In the past 20 years, the enterprise bond market has well developed, especially in financing. It has played a more and more important role in many fields, such as national economy development, investment system reform, and stock market development. It also has some problems, and still needs developing due to many complicated reasons: policies in management, the systems of enterprises, and the market system, and so on. The author analyzes the current situations, problems and reasons, and suggests many strategies and measures in the article, and hopes that it can be helpful to the development of the enterprise bond market.
