国有商业银行改革与发展的思考

Research on the Innovation and Development of the State-owned Commercail Bank in China

随着外资银行进入国内市场和国内股份制商业银行的蓬勃发展,国有商业银行的深层改革迫在眉睫;而产权制度、不良资产和管理制度仍成为制约国有商业银行改革和发展的因素。国有商业银行应抓住加入WTO过渡期的历史契机实行股份制改革和推进中间业务。

With China's entry into WTO,foreign banks have come into Chinese market; the new domestic commercial banks on stock system have operated flourishingly.So the state-owned commercial banks is facing the competition from two sides.But there still exist a lot factors that restrict the reform and development of the state-owned bank.So they should catch the opportunity of 5-year transitional period after the entry into WTO for the reform of stock system and promotion of medium operation.
