摘要
可重组制造系统是一种能够在新的生产环境下重新组态的新型制造系统 ,在响应市场变化和个性化生产方面具有重要的意义 .可重组制造系统具有组织、业务、产品、加工系统和信息平台的可重组性 ,并具有模块化、集成化、可转换性、可诊断性、客户化生产等显著特点 ;阐述了可重组制造系统的科学基础、集成化的可重组设计原理、开放式智能化的控制系统、标准化的硬软件模块接口设计和可重组设备设计 。
Reconfigurable manufacturing system (RMS) is a novel type manufacturing system which can reconfigure itself under new production environments, it has important significance to respond the changing market and customized production. The reconfigurabilities of organization, business, production, manufacturing system, and information platform are the notable features of RMS. Modularization, integrability, convertibility, diagnosability, customization are the remarkable characteristics of RMS. The scientific basis, reconfigurable design principles, open system architecture for controls, interface design for standardization modules of softwares and hardwares, and reconfigurable equipments design are presented. The developing trend for research and application of RMS are described.
