窥视下尿道内冷刀切开加接触式激光治疗尿道狭窄

URETHRAL STRICTURE TREATED WITH TRANSURETHRAL URETHROTOMY BY COLD KNIFE AND STL CONTACT LASER TECHNIQUE

目的 评价尿道内冷刀切开加接触式激光治疗尿道狭窄的效果。方法 对 2 7例尿道狭窄进行尿道内冷刀切开加接触式激光进行治疗。结果 2 4例病人术后排尿满意 ,另 3例尿道狭窄复发 ,再行开放手术。结论 应用冷刀行尿道内切开加接触式激光治疗尿道狭窄 ,手术操作简单、安全、痛苦小、效果确切、出血少、比单独应用冷刀内切开或接触式激光治疗尿道狭窄效果好 。

Objective To evaluate the results of urethrul stricture treated with transurethral urethrotomy by cold kinfe and SLT contact laser technique.Methods 27 cases of urethral stricture were treated with the combined techniques transurethrally.Results Up to now,24 of 27 patients have been voiding well.In the other 3,a recur of urethral stricture has been observed.Conclusion Transurethral urethromy combining with cold kinfe and SLT contact laser is simple,safe,painless,effective with no bleeding and lower recurrence rate,better results are comparable with cold knife or SLT contact laser used alone.
