PROTRUSION OF INTERVERTEBRAL DISC WITH OSSIFICATION IN LUMBUS

目的 分析、总结腰椎间盘突出症合并骨化的临床特点。方法 对近 10年间手术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症合并骨化 2 2例资料完整的病例复习、讨论、分析。结果 腰椎间盘突出症合并骨化在临床并非少见 ,对神经组织损伤严重 ,临床症状、体征有其特殊性 ,CT在诊断中有重要价值。

Objective To sum up and analysis the clinical characters of protrusion of intervertebral disc with ossification in lumbus.Method To review,analysis and discuss 22 cases of protrusion of intervertebral disc with ossification in lumbus which have complete datato the recent 10 years.Result there is not a few protrusion of intervertebral disc with ossification in lumbus in clinic which has special clinical symptoms and physical signs,and the CT has a important value in diagnosis.Conclusion protrusion of intervertebral disc with ossification in lumbus should be operated immediately as soon as the diagnosis has been made.
