摘要
目的观察复方辛夷滴鼻液对蛙口腔粘膜纤毛运动功能的影响。方法将48只蛙的离体上腭粘膜标本和 48只蛙分别随机分成 4组(复方辛夷滴鼻液 A组、B组(含 5mg/ml ATP)、庆大霉素组及生理盐水对照组,每组12个标本(或12只蛙),分别观察各组标本和动物经给药后粘膜纤毛维持自身摆动的持续时间(LTCM)及在体粘膜纤毛输送速度(CSC)。结果A组的上述二个指标较对照组略低,然差异无显著性(P>0.05);B组的上述二个指标较对照组略高,且差异有显著性(P<0.01);庆大霉素组的上述二个指标较对照组略低,且差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论复方辛夷滴鼻液对蛙口粘膜纤毛的功能无明显损害作用。
Objective To study the effect of compound magnolia liliflora naristillae (CMLN). Methods Divide separately 48 models of frog oral mucosa and 48 frogs into 4 groups: 3 experimental groups (CMLN group, CMLN & ATP mixed group and gentamicin group) and one control group (NS group), 12 in each. Record the lasting time of ciliary movement (LTCM) and the conduction speed of ciliary (CSC) while observing the mucocilia with optical microscope. Results LTCM and CSC of the CMLN group were a little bit lower than those in the NS group, however, difference between them was not distinct(P>0. 05). The LTCM and CSC of the mixed group were higher than those in both the CMLN group and the NS group and there was distinct difference between them (P<0. 01). Conclusion The naristillae is a kind of newly developed traditional medicine with fewer side effects. It can be put into wide clinical use.
